CCE should prioritize local power generation, local jobs and local career opportunities in the procurement process of energy generation.

CCE should prioritize local (Orange County) renewable projects over other projects.

CCE should create partnerships with local labor, including community benefit agreements, sustainable workforce agreements, job training and apprenticeship programs.

CCE should develop energy programs that prioritize benefits to environmental justice communities that rank in the top 25 percent of the CalEnviroScreen’s ranking for the Orange County region.
